I do say that I have better than avg. stamina than most people, but this activities filled weekend really beated me up. With only 3 hrs of sleep on Friday night followed with a full day of fun filled and intensive walking photographic outing at Mission San Juan Capistrano and Laguna beach with great friends really knocked me out the night.
However, the hurricane like wind in the middle of the night woke me up and kept me awake last night, so getting up early again this morning was quite a struggle, not to mention it is my allergy season(watery eyes and runny nose from all those dust and dirt the wind kicks up). Anyway, I still managed to got out of the house at 9insh and went on a 6.5miles expedition hike with creek crossing and stumbling in Black Star Canyon. We didn’t make it to the water fall me and another girl wasn’t in good physical condition to take on the hike all the way to the falls. Plus, I was running on a empty stomach with only a Cliff bar during the hike. I took my friends to the taco place in old town Tustin after the hike and we pigged out!! I meant real pig-out !! We all stopped talking as soon as the server placed our plates down and we all kept our head down for a good 20mins digging in our food! I didn’t get the time to eat anything before the hike, so the meal was haven!
